摘要 滑溜水体积压裂施工由于排量大,导致施工摩阻高、压力高。高施工压力耗费的水马力大,对压裂管柱的损伤大,安全风险大。针对鄂尔多斯盆地非常规油气的开发,提出了一种新型减阻剂的合成方案,并对产品进行了室内试验和现场应用测试。室内试验研究表明,减阻剂的加入不但降低了压裂施工摩阻,还提高了压裂液的黏度,有利于压裂携砂和提高砂比;现场应用表明,减阻剂降阻率达到了60%,能够达到降低大排量压裂施工压力的目的,有利于节约压裂费用和施工安全。达到减少施工费用和降低施工安全风险的目的。 The displacement of the slick water volume fracturing is very large,which leads to high friction drag and high working pressure.High pressure consumes great hydraulic horsepower,which has large damage on fracturing casing string and security risks.For the development of unconventional oil and gas area in Ordos Basin,this paper proposes a synthesis method of a new type of drag reduction agent,and the experiments are carried out by using the synthetic products,as well as field test.Experimental research shows that the drag reduction agent not only reduces the fracturing construction friction drag,but also increases the viscosity of fracturing fluid,it is beneficial for sand-carrying and improving sand ratio.Field application shows that its drag reduction rate reaches 60%,the purpose of reducing pressure of the large displacement fracturing is obtained,which reduces the cost of fracturing and ensured safety of operation.
