摘要
多频场分布扫描法通过在套管上注入多频电流,测量电极间电压的变化并绘制电流密度曲线检测各种套管腐蚀形态。通过COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场仿真环境对套管均匀、穿孔、裂缝和混合腐蚀进行建模仿真,分析了各种腐蚀状况下的电流密度响应。仿真结果表明,低频激励下的套管电流密度响应曲线能够反映各种套管腐蚀形态,低频激励时的电场响应并不能判断非穿透性腐蚀处于套管内壁还是外壁,需要测量其多频交流响应才能综合检测腐蚀参数。
Multi-frequency field distribution scanning method is based on potential array which measures potential difference of casing and draws current density curve to monitor the corrosion morphology.Modeling and simulation for uniform corrosion,pitting,crevice corrosion and mixed corrosion with COMSOL Multiphysics is proposed and current density responses in various corrosion environment are analyzed.Simulation result shows that low-frequency current density response can indicate the characteristics of corrosion morphology,which can be calculated by voltage response of casing,while the inner or outer corrosion can not be recognized with lowfrequency current source.Corrosion parameters must be acquired with the multi-frequency current source.
