摘要
通过扫描一个咬合关系和牙列生长较标准的标本 ,对 CT断层图像运用自编程序进行数据处理 ,并三维重建了颌骨及牙列模型 .以工程中的模块化方法为核心对实体模型切分模块 ,得到一套正常牙列的模块化模型库 ,在此基础上派生上下颌各牙的牙槽骨缺失和牙齿松动的模型库 ,以便对固定义齿修复和可摘局部义齿修复中基牙正常、基牙牙槽骨有不同吸收程度和基牙出现牙周不同程度松动的情况进行研究 .该模型可进行多种口腔医学有限元分析 ,重复利用率高 ,建模速度快 ,有利于修复设计方案的选取 。
A skull sample with good occlusion and a healthy denture was selected and scanned by CT. The geometrical information in the CT images was extracted by self programmed software. Then, a mandible and denture solid model was reconstructed in three dimensions. Starting from an engineering modular method, the whole denture solid model was divided into several separated parts. A set of normal denture model library was established. Based on it, the new model library about alveolar bone absorption and tooth looses were created. This modular denture FE model basis were applied to the FE models building of:normal denture, abutments suffered from alveolar bone absorption of different degree, abutments loosen in different degree, alveolar bone with tooth lacking, fixed partial restoration and removable partial restoration. The finite element model can be used in multiform FE experiments in oral medicine. It improves the efficiency of the FE analysis, cuts short of the model building time, and provides more choices for clinical and teaching programs.
