摘要
介绍了近几年六价铬钝化的替代工艺无铬钝化、三价铬钝化的发展状况,总结了三价铬黑色钝化液的组分、成膜过程以及现阶段的研究方向和难点。认为有学者提出的类三价铬钝化膜的封闭层是解决三价铬钝化膜泥裂纹缺陷的最佳方案。
Introduced the development status of chromium free passivation and trivalent chromium passivation which could be alternative process for six chromium passivation in recent years. Summarized the trivalent chromium black passivation solution's components,film forming process,and the current research direction and difficulties. Believe a closed layer which is similar to trivalent chromium passivation film is the best way to solve the defect of trivalent chromium passivation film's mud crack.
