摘要
锌镁合金镀层是目前解决锌资源溃乏、适应高环保要求的一种镀层产品,是升级换代的智能镀层材料,其中真空蒸镀是目前生产锌镁合金镀层的主流生产工艺。主要介绍了真空蒸镀制备Zn-Mg镀层的研究进展,以促进对这种耐蚀性能优良镀层的深入了解。
Zn-Mg alloy coating is an upgraded intelligent coating material that can replace the use of pure zinc coating,solve the problem of zinc resource shortage and meet the high environment protection requirements.Vacuum evaporation is the mainstream production process for producing zinc-magnesium alloy coating.This paper mainly introduced the research progress of vacuum evaporation to prepare Zn-Mg coating.It was hoped that the professional colleagues had a deeper understanding on this coating with excellent corrosion resistance.
