摘要
对液压支架达不到额定初撑力的原因进行了较为全面的分析,提出了提高泵站额定压力、降低液压系统的压力损失、严格操作规程、采用保证初撑力回路等措施使保证初撑力达到额定值。
This paper makes a deep analysis and discussion about insufficiency of setting force of hydraulic supports.It brings forward the measures of improving setting force,including advancing rated press of pump station,reducing press loss of hydraulic system,austerely abidancing by working rule and adopting hydraulic circuit to guarantee setting force.
