摘要
本文是在讨论L-B膜中各个原子的单原子散射效果的基础上,考虑各个原子散射效果的迭加得出多原子系统的散射效应,结合具体情况加以修正来计算MnSt<sub>2</sub>L-B膜的精细结构。其结果与文献报道实验一致,并给出了Mn<sup>2+</sup>相对于Coo<sup>-1</sup>的位置,Y型L-B膜的层间距等新结果。
X-ray scattering from each atom contained in L-B films is invesigated. The average sum of single-atomic scattering gives the scattering of multi-atomic system. The method moduud on basis of experimental data is used to study the fine structure of MnSt2(St:stearate) L-B film. The results obtained are consistent with those reported in literature. The position of Mn2+ related to Coo-1 group of stearate in the monolayer and the interlayer distance between two hydrophilic surfaces of MnSt2 Y-type films are examined for first time by this meth
