摘要
利用 GC- MS对甜樱桃叶片的挥发油进行分离鉴定 ,从甜樱桃叶片的精油中共检出 35个成分 ,确定了 2 9个成分的化学结构。其主要成分是沉香醇 (8.5 1% )、萜品烯 (12 .36 % )和 4 -丁烷基 (2 ,6 ,6 -三甲基 -二环 [4 ,1,0 ]- 1-庚基酮 ) - 2 -酮 (11.13% )。甜樱桃叶片精油的回收率为 10~ 2 0 m g/
The volatile oil from cherry leaf was analyzed by GC/MS. 35 components were detected and the structures of 29 components were identified. The main constituents are Linalool (8.51%), Terpinen (12.36%) and 4-(2,2,6-Trimenthyl-bicyclo\hept-1-yl)-butan-2-one (11.13%). The yield rate of essential oil is 10-20mg/g.\;
