摘要 1997- 12~ 2 0 0 1- 0 8共进行了 97批牛卵母细胞体外成熟试验 ,总成熟率为 70 .75 % (35 6 1/ 5 0 33)。其中培养液为 TCM199+0 .12 g/ L 丙酮酸钠 +10 mm ol/ L Hepes+体积分数 8% NCS+10 mg/ L FSH+10 mg/ LL H+1mg/ L E2 (培养液 1组 )组进行 5 0批试验 ,成熟率为 6 5 .75 % (14 15 / 2 15 2 )。培养液 1组有 5批次未添加 Hep-es 盐 ,其成熟率为 75 .2 1% (88/ 117) ;另 4 5批次添加 Hepes盐 ,成熟率为 6 5 .2 1% (132 7/ 2 0 35 )。培养液为TCM199+体积分数 8%发情牛血清 +0 .12 g/ L 丙酮酸 (培养液 2组 )组进行 4 7批次试验 ,成熟率为 74 .4 9%(2 14 6 / 2 881)。培养液 2组中有 9批次添加了 4 0 m g/ L 的庆大霉素 ,其成熟率为 72 .15 % (342 / 4 74 ) ;另 38批次未添加庆大霉素 ,其成熟率为 74 .95 % (180 4 / 2 4 0 7)。试验同时表明 。 During 1997 12-2001 08,bovine follicular oocytes were cultured in vitro for 97 times,the total percentage of oocytes maturation was 70.75%(3 561/5 033).Among the total expriment,follicular oocytes were cultured in the medium 1 (TCM199+0.12 g/L Pyruvic acid.Na salt+8% NCS+10 mg/L FSH+1 mg/L LH+1 mg/L β E 2) for 50 times,the maturation rate was 65.75%(1 415/2 152).Among the 50 times,folliclar oocytes were cultured in the medium 1 without Hepes for 5 times,the maturation rate was 75.21% (88/117),the other 45 times follicular oocytes were cultured in the medium 1 with 10 mmol/L Hepes,the maturation rate was 65.21% (1 327/2 035).Follicular oocytes were cultured in the medium 2 (TCM199+0.12 g/L Pyruvic acid.Na salt+8% OCS) for 47 times,the maturation rate was 74.49% (2 146/2 881) .Among the 47 times,follicular oocytes were cultured in the medium 2 with 40 mg/L Gentamycini Sulfas for 9 times,the maturation rate was 72.15% (342/474),the other 38 times follicular oocytes were cultured in the medium 2 without Gentamycini Sulfas,the maturation rate was 74.95% (1 084/2 407) .Influence to follicular maturation of hormones was not obvious (75.21% vs 74.95%).
