摘要
对 11个甘蔗新品种及桂糖 11号收获后的原料蔗进行品质分析 ,结果表明 ,在甘蔗砍收后 ,其品质即开始发生变化 :重量平均每天减轻 1% ,甘蔗蔗糖分平均每天下降 0 .1% ,重力纯度平均每天降低 0 .5 % ,甘蔗还原糖分平均每天提高 0 .0 7% ,但各品种品质劣变程度有所不同。砍收后甘蔗蔗糖分和重力纯度下降、还原糖分上升较慢的品种有新台糖 2 0号、桂糖 17号、巴西 4 5号和桂糖16号 ;变质速度比较快的品种有新台糖 16号、新台糖 2 4号和农林
The test of quality analysis was conducted with 12 varieties at the experimental plot of Guangxi Sugarcane Research Institute in December 2000. The results showed that the cane quality was deteriorated gradually after sugarcane was cut. As the time of storage lasted,the weight of cane stalks, the sugar content in cane and the gravity purity in juice were decreased by 1.0%, 0.1% and 0.5% each day, respectively, and the reduced sugar content in juice was increased by 0.07% each day. But the deterioration of quality showed differences among varieties. The varieties ROC20, Guitang17, Brasil45 and Guitang16 were not easy to be deteriorated, in which the sugar content lost less, the juice gravity purity kept high, and reduced sugar was increased slowly. As compared with the above mentioned varieties,ROC16, ROC24, and Nonglin8 were easily deteriorated.
