摘要
伴随着我国经济发展以及社会的进步,我国的环境问题日益突出。为了有效改善自然生态环境,我国出台了很多环境保护政策,并且对环境进行了一定的治理。在采取一系列的措施之后,我国的环境问题得到很大程度的改善,本文主要对冶金企业环境工程技术规范的定位以及作用与方法进行研究。
