摘要
目的 探讨脂肝泰胶囊治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝的作用机制。方法 采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制脂肪肝模型 ,实验分组为模型组、脂肝泰高剂量组、脂肝泰低剂量组、东宝肝泰对照组和正常对照组。以高、低剂量脂肝泰和东宝肝泰进行干预 ,然后测定各组大鼠血浆ET - 1的含量。结果 模型组大鼠血浆ET - 1的含量与正常组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。各治疗组大鼠血浆ET - 1的含量与模型组间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ;脂低组血浆ET- 1含量与脂高组、对照组间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 脂肝泰胶囊可通过降低血浆ET -
Objective To explore the possible role of ZhiGanTai(ZHGT) capsule in the therapy of fatty liver rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods We duplicated the animal model with high fat diet,divided the groups into model group,high-dose group,low-dose group,DongBaoGanTai (DBGT) control group and normal control group at random.All the treatment groups were intervened by its own medicine,then the plasma endothelin_1 content in all groups was tested.Results The plasma endothelin_1 content in model group was significantly increased(P<0 01).Compared with model group,the plasma endothelin_1 content in all treatment groups were reduced remarkably(P<0 05 or P<0 01).The plasma endothelin_1 content in low-dose group were lower than that in high-dose group and DBGT group(P<0 05).Conclusion ZHGT capsule has the effect of preventing the hepatic damage by reducing plasma endothelin_1 content.
