摘要
利用"网络智能采集系统/RYC-SA-POMAS-S",采集2007年至2017年中国知网的相关文献。将文献计量法与知识图谱分析法相结合,采用基于PYTHON语言自建的自然语言分析软件对关键词进行词频统计、聚类分析以及共现分析,得出关于高校网络舆情研究热点及未来趋势的研究结果。研究结果表明,关于高校网络舆情研究的热点聚焦为六大主题:高校网络舆情与思想政治教育、高校网络舆情处置机制、高校网络舆情特征、高校网络舆情影响、高校网络舆情相关群体和高校网络舆情传播媒介。关于高校网络舆情研究的未来趋势体现在三大方面:借助信息科技,促进研究范式转换;运用多学科理论,丰富研究视角;运用系统思维,构建高校网络舆情应对体系。
This paper uses the“network intelligent acquisition system/RYC-SA-POMAS-S”to collect relevant literature from 2007 to 2017 CNKI.Combining the bibliometric method with the knowledge map analysis method,the natural language analysis software based on PYTHON language is used to carry out word frequency statistics,cluster analysis and co-occurrence analysis of keywords,and the research hotspots and future trends of college network public opinion are obtained.The research results show that the research on the network public opinion of colleges and universities focuses on six major themes:research on network public opinion and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,research on network public opinion handling mechanism in colleges and universities,research on network public opinion characteristics in colleges and universities,research on network public opinion impact in colleges and universities,universities,research on online public opinion related groups,research on network public opinion media in colleges and universities.The future trend of university network public opinion research is reflected in three aspects:using information technology to promote the transformation of research paradigm;using multidisciplinary theory to enrich research perspective;using systematic thinking to construct a network public opinion response system.
