摘要
研究了聚酰胺树脂在 1 0× 1 0 - 5~ 2 0mol/L的弱酸至强酸介质中 ,静态和动态操作条件下 ,对变色酸偶氮类化合物的吸附性能 .在选定条件下 ,树脂对该类有机物有很强的吸附能力 ,饱和吸附容量分别为 :偶氮胂Ⅰ 1 8 0 2~ 2 0 1 7mg/g,偶氮氯膦Ⅰ 1 6 2 8~1 9 2 3mg/ g,偶氮胂Ⅲ 2 2 0 3~ 2 3 3 6mg/g,偶氮氯膦Ⅲ 1 8 79~ 2 0 3 8mg/ g,对氯偶氮氯膦1 1 3 0~ 1 3 2 3mg/g ,偶氮氯膦mN 1 3 61~ 1 6 3 5mg/ g .吸附到树脂上的这些有机物可用NaOH溶液定量洗脱 .据此可制备一类新型螯合形成负载树脂 .并用负载偶氮氯膦Ⅲ聚酰胺树脂富集分离了溶液中的Ca2 +.
The absorption porperty of polyamide resin on chromatropic acid bisazo_compounds such arsenazo Ⅲ(ASA Ⅲ)and chlorophosphonazoⅢ(CPA Ⅲ)in the medium of 1 0×10 -5 ~2 0 mol/L HCl is examined by the static and dynamic state approach.It is shown that the resin has an absorption ability on the bisazo compounds and the saturated absorption capacity is 18 02~20 17 mg/g for ASAⅠ,16 28~19 23 mg/g for CPAⅠ,22 03~23 36 mg/g for ASAⅢ,18 79~20 38 mg/g for CPAⅢ,11 30~13 23 mg/g for CPA-pCl and 13 61~16 35 mg/g for CPA-mN,respectively.The organic compounds absorbing on the resin are quantitatively washed off by NaOH solution.Hereby,a novel set of chelate forming loading resins are prepared and the loading CPAⅢchelate resin prepared in our laboratory is used to concentrate and separate calcium ion in the mixture.
