摘要
目的 :为预防和治疗重症监护病房超广谱 β-内酰胺酶 (ESBL s)细菌感染提供依据。方法 :采用Etest法对可疑细菌进行 ESBL s检测 ,用 K- B法做药物敏感试验。结果 :16 0株大肠埃希菌中 ,ESBL s阳性的 33株 ,占 2 0 .6 % (33/ 16 0 ) ;12 4腺肺炎克雷伯菌中 ,ESBL s阳性的 2 6株 ,占 2 1.0 % (2 6 / 12 4 )。结论 :ICU病房产 ESBL s细菌具有较高的交叉耐药性和多重耐药性 ,应尽早预防 。
Objective:To provide evidence for preventing and treating the extended spectrum beta lactamase(ESBL) producing strains in Intensive care unit(ICU) Methods:Etest was adopted to detect the ESBLs of the sucpicius isolates,Microbial sensitivity tests was carried on with K B.Result:In 160 strains of Eschenichia coli,33 ESBLs positive were detected,positive rate was 20 6%(33/160);In 124 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,26 ESBLs positive were detected,it was 21 0 (26/124) Conclusion:ESBLs producing strains shoud be prevented and treated early because of their hhigh cross or multiple in ICU.
