强烈淬火-深冷联合处理对GH3030力学性能的影响

摘要 将GH3030加热到800℃,然后直接置于液氮中,并在液氮中保持5h,形成强烈淬火-深冷联合处理新工艺,单步实现大温度梯度急速淬火和深冷作用的双重效果。结果表明,强烈淬火-深冷联合处理工艺,不仅避免了普通强烈淬火容易诱发表面裂纹的缺陷,而且使得GH3030在5小时内获得显微硬度高达224HV,而经过普通深冷处理工艺处理的该材料显微硬度为202 HV,同时,材料的抗拉强度也从原始的766.05MPa提高到了790.48MPa。 The GH3030 samples were first heated to 800℃ and then directly placed into liquid nitrogen and kept in it for 5 hours. The new method achieves dual effects of intensive quenching and cryogenic combined treatment with steep temperature gradient by a single step. The experiment results showed the intensive quenching- cryogenic combined treatment technology not only avoided defects of the usual surface cracks but also made the microhardness of GH3030 reach 224 HV within 5 hours while the microhardness of this material was only 202 HV when it was disposed by traditional cryogenic treatment. Further more,the tensile strength also increased from original 766. 05 MPa to 790. 48 MPa.
