摘要
高等师范院校是师资培养的摇篮,高等师范院校的青年教师是学校的未来希望。青年教师应顺应时代要求,不忘教书育人初心,坚定立德树人方向;加强专业理论学习,不断提高教育教学能力;加强相关理论学习,不断提高综合素质,从而更好地成为合格的教师,成为高校的骨干力量。
Higher normal university is the cradle of cultivating teachers,and young teachers of higher normal university are the future hope of the school.Firstly,young teachers should conform to the requirements of the times,not forget to teach and educate people,and firmly establish the direction of morality and cultivate people.Secondly,they should strengthen professional theory learning,and constantly improve the ability of education and teaching.Finally,they need to strengthen related theory learning,and constantly improve the comprehensive quality so as to become qualified teachers and the backbone of universities.
