物流产业效率与交通优势度耦合协调水平测度——以中国36个主要城市为例 被引量:20

Coupling analysis between the efficiency of logistics industry and traffic superiority: taking 36 major cities of China for example

摘要 构建了物流产业效率与交通优势度评价指标体系;基于产出导向的数据包络分析模型,测算了物流产业效率;引入耦合协调度模型,测算了物流产业效率与交通优势度的耦合协调水平,并对36个城市进行了实证分析。结果显示:中国主要城市的物流产业效率存在着较为明显的地域差异,综合效率均值为0. 845,规模效率均值为0. 941,纯技术效率均值为0. 897,纯技术效率是影响综合效率的主要因素;中国主要城市的物流产业效率与交通优势度总体上处于协调状态,武汉市物流产业效率与交通优势度的耦合程度最高,达0. 958。认为提升物流产业效率,对货物进行高效的运输管理,进而减少出行载货车辆数及出行次数,有助于缓解交通运输压力;交通基础设施、骨干路网的不断完善可有效促进物流业的进一步发展。 On the basis of constructing the index system of traffic superiority and efficiency of logistics industry,this essay uses output-oriented DEA Two-stage Method to estimate the efficiency of logistics industry,and introduces the coupling coordination model to measure the spatial coupling between transport superiority and efficiency of logistics industry quantitatively. Finally,this essay takes 36 Chinese major cities as an example. The result shows that there are obvious geographical differences in the efficiency of the logistics industry in Chinese major cities,and the overall average efficiency of the logistics industry is 0. 845, the average value of scale efficiency is 0. 941,the average value of pure technical efficiency is 0. 897,pure technical efficiency is the main factor that affecting the overall efficiency;the traffic superiority and efficiency of logistics industry are in a state of coordination. The degree of coupling between Wuhan’s traffic superiority and efficiency of logistics industry is the highest,the value reaching 0. 958. It is concluded that improving the efficiency of the logistics industry and carrying out efficient transportation management of the goods,and thus reducing the number of traveled vehicles and the number of trips,can help ease the pressure of transportation furtherly,and that the improvement of the road network and the input of infrastructure can promote the further development of the logistics industry,that is,the two are complementary.
