摘要
复发性阿弗他溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer)也称复发性口腔溃疡。本病为口腔黏膜发病率最高者,溃疡呈孤立或多发,局部有明显的灼热疼痛,患者疼痛感强,严重影响到谈话与进食,且不易根治。其病因较为复杂,本病与下列因素有关:遗传、免疫失调、病毒或细菌感染、自身免疫、胃肠疾病、贫血、内分泌失调、营养缺乏及精神心理因素等。
Recurrent aphthous ulcer also known as recurrent oral ulcer.As the highest incidence of the oral mucosa of the disease,ulcer is isolated,or multiple,local has obvious burning pain,pain in patients with strong,serious influence to talk and eat,and not easy to cure.Its etiology is relatively complex,the disease is related to the following factors:heredity,immune disorders,viral or bacterial infection,autoimmune,gastrointestinal disease,anemia,endocrine disorders,nutritional deficiencies,and mental factors,etc.
