摘要
目的了解长沙市美沙酮门诊患者服药依从性现状及主要影响因素,分析各因素对其服药依从性的综合影响。方法:分层抽样的方法使用修订问卷调查长沙市3个美沙酮门诊共734名毒品成瘾者。相关性分析的方法了解12个因素对门诊患者服药依从性的影响,因子分析的方法筛选出若干主成分,回归分析的方法对各主成分进行线性拟合,分析各主成分对门诊患者服药依从性的综合影响。结果影响美沙酮患者服药依从性的12个因素可以归纳为5个主成分:服药环境和疗效(贡献率32.150%)、心理状态(贡献率21.005%)、社会和朋友支持(贡献率10.686%)、家人关怀(贡献率9.181%).其他(贡献率7.976%),5个主成分所拟合的多元线性回归方程有统计学意义(F=43.82,P=0.00),相关系数R=0.81,决定系数R2=0.66。结论影响长沙市美沙酮门诊患者服药依从性的主要原因是:服药环境和疗效不佳、心理状态失衡、社会和朋友支持缺失、家人关怀不强。
Objective To understand the status and major influencing factors of drug compliance in MMT patients in Changsha City, and to analyze the comprehensive effect of each factor on their medication compliance. Methods Stratified Sampling Methods A total of 734 drug addicts were recruited from 3 methadone clinics in Changsha. Correlation analysis method to understand the 12 factors on the medication compliance of MMT patients, factor analysis of the method of screening a number of principal components, regression analysis of the principal components of the linear fit, analysis of the main components of MMT patients with medication compliance Of the combined effects. Results The 12 factors that influence the compliance of MMT patients can be summed up into five factors: medication environment and efficacy(contribution rate 32.150%), mental state(contribution rate 21.005%), social and friend support(contribution rate 10.686%), family care(Contribution rate 9.181%), others(contribution rate 7.976%). The correlation coefficients 0.81 and the determination coefficient R2=0.66 were found in the multiple linear regression equation fitted by the five principal components. Conclusions The main reasons that affect the adherence of methadone outpatients in Changsha City are: poor medication environment and poor curative effect, mental state imbalance, lack of social and friends support, and family care is not strong.
