摘要
提高教学质量,培养企业需要的市场营销专业人才已成为当前市场营销教学的重点。为了能够为市场营销专业教学质量提升提供一定的借鉴和参考,从知识转移视角,在构建市场营销专业教学知识转移模型的基础上,提出了相关建议:构建教学团队,提升教师知识存量;精心设计教学内容,尽量实现知识的显性化;构建多种知识转移情境,提升师生关系质量;设计合理的培养计划,提升学生的吸收能力。
Improving teaching quality to cultivate students of marketing major for firms has become a hot issue. In order to provide certain references to enhance the teaching quality of marketing major,this paper built a model of knowledge transfer about teaching of marketing major from knowledge transfer perspective,and discussed suggestions about how to improve teaching quality including building teaching team and improving knowledge of teachers,and careful selecting teaching content and making knowledge explicit,and constructing different knowledge transfer context and improving the quality of the relationship between teachers and students,and designing the reasonable training plan and enhancing the absorption ability of the students.
