摘要 目的 研究微孔聚甲基丙烯酸 β 羟乙酯 (poly( 2 hydroxyethlmethecylate) ,PHEMA)对成纤维细胞生长的影响并与无孔PHEMA材料进行比较。方法 通过含材料浸渍液的培养基培养成纤维细胞来评价微孔和无孔的PHEMA材料的细胞毒性 ,分别于 2 4、48和 72h用 0 .5 %台盼蓝法对每组进行细胞活力的测定。结果 成纤维细胞在含材料浸渍液的培养基中生长良好 ,培养 2 4、48和 72h后细胞活力与对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;微孔PHEMA与无孔PHEMA之间对细胞活力影响亦无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 微孔PHEMA材料具有良好的生物相容性 。 Objective To evaluate effects of porous PHEMA on growth of fibroblast and compare the biocompatibility of. porous PHEMA and non-porous PHEMA in vitro.Methods Porous PHEMA and non-porous PHEMA were infused in 1640 nutrient media for 24h and fibroblasts were cultured in above media. Cytotoxicity test was carried out after 24,48,and 72 hours.Results The quantity and activity of cells after 24,48 and 72 hours were not significantly different. There was also no difference between the group of porous PHEMA and non-porous PHEMA.Conclusion Porous PHEMA is a good biocompatible material.
