摘要
对31例IHP患者及28例正常人测定了血清Ca、P、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Al等几种微量元素。结果表明Ca、Mg、zn明显低于对照组,P、Cu、Al明显高于对照组,Fe正常。除低钙、高磷为本病特点外,结合临床讨论了其余4种元素变化的临床意义。
Seven trace elements including Ca, P, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe and Al were determined in 28 volunteers and 31 pationts with idiopathic hypoparathynoldism. The results showed that in the patients serum Ca, Mg, Zn were lower and P, Cu, Al were higher significantly as compared with that of the controls. The clinical significance of the changes of the seven trace elements was discussed, but the pathological mechanism has been unknown yet.
