摘要
本文通过对产业结构影响就业和经济增长的实证分析发现,我国不同地区经济发展水平和产业结构的差异决定了产业结构对经济增长和就业的不同影响。各地区应根据自身的政策目标确定产业的优先发展顺序。但第三产业的发展对各地区经济增长和吸纳就业都具有重要意义。第三产业中各行业优先发展次序也应该根据它们对影响经济增长和就业的不同贡献来确定。
This paper makes the empirical analysis on the influence of industrial structure on the economic growth and employment.It illustrates that the difference of economic development level and industrial structure decide the different influence of industrial structure on the economic growth and employment in different areas. Every area need make the sort of industry development based on the own policy objects,but the tertiary industry has great positive effects on the economic growth and employment in every area,and the decision on the order of sub-industry developments in the tertiary industry needs on the different influence on the economic growth and employment.
