摘要
为了解田间作业时驾驶员的疲劳状况,对播种、割晒、深松浅翻和起垄等田间作业过程中驾驶员的心率和疲劳状况进行了测试、调查与分析。结果表明:在纯作业和田间转向作业中,国产履带拖拉机组驾驶员的心率增加率显著高于其他机组,属于中级劳动强度;大功率机组与小功率机组纯作业与田间转向时的驾驶员心率增加率无显著差异;同时,得出了各机组驾驶员可能承受的最长作业时间为10.7~16.7h,为分析驾驶疲劳产生的原因、减轻驾驶疲劳及改善驾驶环境提供了依据。
In order to find out the fatigue condition of the drivers in field work,the heart rate and fatigue condition of the drivers in sowing,harvesting,deep scarification and till with shallow depth and ridging work were surveyed,tested and analyzed. The results indicated that the heart rate increase of the driver from domestic crawler tractor in pure field work and shift work significantly is higher than other units,and classified intermediate labor intensity. The heart rate increase of the drivers between big- power units and low- power units have no significant differences in pure field work and shift work. The maximum acceptable work times of drivers were calculated. The results can provide basis for analyzing the causes of driving fatigue and improving driver's work condition and reducing driving fatigue.
