摘要
立式包装机在批量加工流程中需要针对加工位置、包装数量、包装速度、物料质量等重要参数进行检测与校正,否则无法保证良好的包装效果。为此,给出了DB8320型立式包装机控制系统设计,详细阐述了包装机称重控制系统的改进方法,并利用西门子SMART700IE液晶触摸屏为用户提供一个简单直观的人机交互方式,实现实时显示、监测与控制。整个系统稳定可靠、符合预期的精度要求,包装效果良好。
Many important parameters of the vertical packing machine need to be detected and checked in the mass production and processing,such as processing position,number of packages,packaging rate,material quality and so on. If not,good packaging effect can't be guaranteed. The control system of the vertical packing machine DB8320 is designed,meanwhile the improvement design of the weighing system is described in detail in this paper. And a simple and intuitive interview mode is provided to users by means of SIEMENS SMART700 IE LCD touch- sensitive screen,which can realize real- time display,monitoring and controlling. The whole system has advantages as follows: stability and reliability,in accord with the expected accuracy,and good packaging effect.
