摘要
为了提高大蒜播种机在播种过程中蒜瓣的直立度及鳞芽向上的概率,保证株距均匀,设计了一种新型的大蒜播种机。通过对关键部件的结构设计与参数分析,确定了主要部件结构。经过试验验证,此大蒜播种机的锥形螺旋导种管能够使大蒜落土后鳞芽向上的合格率达到96%,压穴锥能够使直立度达到98%,并能保证株距均匀。
In order to improve the upright degreed and the upward probability of garlic during the sowing process,to en-sure the uniformity of plant spacing, a new kind of garlic planting machine was designed, the machine has a tapered spi-ral pipe, pressure hole cone and plate cam mechanism, through experiment, the conical spiral pipe of the garlic seeder can improve the upward degreed reached 96%,the pressure cone can improve the upright probability reached 98%, the disc cam mechanism can ensure the uniform spacing, the new garlic planting machine is reliable, can improve the sowing quality significantly.
