摘要
小型玉米收获机在丘陵地带工作,面临的最主要问题是侧翻和爬坡。针对此问题,对丘陵山区玉米收获机械整机的稳定性能进行了研究分析。通过对整机作业关键模型参数的调整,基于ADMAS软件建立虚拟仿真环境,并对G型玉米收获机在不同坡度上的侧翻、爬坡性能进行了虚拟仿真。仿真结果表明:15°坡度是G型玉米收获机发生侧翻的临界值,且其最大爬坡能力为5°坡度,旨在为以后小型玉米收获机械的设计和研究提供理论参考依据。
The main problems of small corn harvester working in hilly terrain are the rollover and climbing problems. To solve this problem,this study has focused on the stability of the corn harvesting machinery working in hilly terrain. The virtual simulation environment of the ADAMS has been established by modify the source file of the tire and the road surface spectrum file. Virtual simulation based on the rollover and climbing performance of the G- type corn harvester with different level of slope has been carried out,which identify that the critical value of the slope for climbing and rollover are five degrees and fifteen degrees respectively. The results obtained provide the theoretical reference for the future design and further research on small corn harvesting machinery.
