摘要
介绍了一种P波段的宽带环行器设计方法,发现并验证了有限元仿真该类高场宽带环行器会出现频率偏移现象。提出了有限元仿真时内场值的设置及验证方法,并通过该方法的应用,解决了仿真中频率偏移的问题。设计的宽带环行器,承受峰值功率达2 kW,占空比10%,相对带宽22.22%,尺寸仅30×30×10 mm,兼具宽带款、高功率、小型化特点。该环行器采用Y型结带线Drop-in结构设计,通过材料、结构的匹配调节最终实现器件性能,驻波比≤1.25,隔离度≥20 dB,插入损耗≤0.4 d B。提出的频率偏移验证方法可广泛应用于高场环行器、隔离器、隔环组件等铁氧体器件的有限元仿真设计中,校正器件设计中带来的频率偏移现象。
A design method for P-band broadband circulator is introduced in this paper. The frequency drift in finite element simulation of this kind of high-field broadband circulator is found and verified. The method of setting and validating the internal magnetic field value in finite element simulation is put forward, and the problem of frequency drift in simulation is solved by this method. The broadband circulator designed features a peak power of 2 kW, duty ratio of 10 %, relative bandwidth of 22.22 %, and measurement of only 30×30×10 mm, a better combination of broadband, high power and miniaturization. The circulator is designed as Y-junction strip line drop-in structure, and the device performance is finally realized by matching and adjusting the material and structure with VSWR≤1.25, isolation≥20 dB, and insertion loss≤0.4 dB. The frequency drift verification method proposed in this paper can be widely used in the finite element simulation design of ferrite devices, such as high field circulators, isolators, isolating circulating components, etc., to correct the frequency drift in device design.
