摘要
乐教育指受教育者(幼儿)、教育者(教师)以及幼儿家长,三个群体在幼儿教育这个大场域里快乐学习,快乐成长,快乐工作,快乐生活。乐教育符合现代社会幼教的发展,能够实现幼儿的全面发展。在实施乐教育工作过程中,我们首先通过"乐美"校园建设工程,打造优美育人环境,再实施"乐育"课程建设工程,提升发展内涵品质,实施"乐爱"教师培养工程,绽放教师绚丽风采,进而通过实施"乐真"儿童培育工程,促进幼儿健康成长。
Music education refers to the educatees(young children), educators(teachers), and parents of young children. The three groups are happy to learn, grow, work, and live happily in the field of early childhood education.Music education is in line with the development of preschool education in modern society and can achieve the comprehensive development of young children. In the process of implementing music education, we first created a beautiful educational environment through the 'Le Mei' campus construction project, and then implemented the 'Le Yu' course construction project to enhance the connotation and quality of development, and implemented the 'Le Ai' teacher training project to bloom teachers. And through the implementation of the 'Le Zhen' child cultivation project to promote the healthy growth of young children.
