摘要
在地方高校转型的浪潮中,地方师范院校也逐渐朝综合性、应用型大学发展,师范教育体系明显削弱。通过调查发现地方师范学院学生的就业领域依然以教育领域为主,且在校学生的从教意向较为强烈。因此,回归与坚守师范教育才是地方师范院校的本分。
Local normal universities are gradually developing into comprehensive and applied universities in the tide of local university transformation. The normal education system has been significantly weakened. According to the survey, the employment field of local normal university students is still dominated by education field, and the intention to be a teacher is relatively strong. Therefore, it is the duty of local normal universities to regress and hold Teacher Education.
