摘要
MTA因旅游产业快速发展而应运而生,但多数MTA办学机构办学特色不突出、办学效果不明显、社会认同度不高,有的甚至招生困难。文章从报考动机、入学考试、课程设置、师资配备、教学方法、毕业考核等方面阐述了MTA人才培养的市场期望,从办学机构组织搭架、现行招考模式、现行培养模式、师资配备等方面探讨了MTA人才培养的现实问题。
MTA came into being because of the rapid development of tourism industry, but most of the MTA school-running institutions do not have prominent characteristics, school-running effect is not obvious, social identity is not high, and some even enrollment difficulties. This paper expounds the market expectation of MTA talents cultivation from the aspects of the motive of entrance examination, entrance examination, curriculum design,teacher staffing,teaching methods and graduation examination, and probes into the practical problems of MTA talents cultivation from the aspects of organizational framework of school-running institutions, current recruitment mode, current training mode and teachers’ allocation.
