摘要
随着我国医疗水平的发展以及人们对护理质量要求的提高,护理应用型人才的需求越来越多。新背景下,应用型护理人才的培养是当前高校研究的重点。文章从应用型护理人才培养模式入手,指出当前高校应用型护理人才培养模式的不足,给出创新应用型护理人才培养的策略。
With the development of medical level and the improvement of nursing quality,more and more nursing talents are needed.Under the new background,the training of applied nursing talents is the focus of the current university research.Starting from the training mode of applied nursing talents,this paper points out the inadequacy of the current applied nursing talents training mode in colleges and universities,and puts forward the strategies of innovative applied nursing talents training.
