摘要 为揭示农村建设用地复垦中不同类型宅基地工程规划模式的异同,采用问卷调查的方法,调查了重庆市3个区县的农村闲置宅基地共300处,根据复垦宅基地位置坡度大小将拟复垦农户宅基地分为0°~5°平坦型和6°~25°坡度型。结果表明:重庆市农村建设用地复垦中不同区域相同房屋结构类型和同一区域内不同房屋结构类型P1差异较大。不同区域复垦中同种宅基地类型比较相似,平坦型约为94%,坡度型为6%。且二者在工程规划模式中存在差异,总体表现为坡度型较平坦型复杂。宅基地地形坡度是影响复垦工程布设模式差异的重要因素。对当前建设用地复垦中覆土厚度、石坎、道路和沟渠设计不合理的情况,应该在充分了解复垦片块基本情况后结合复垦规划原则,科学合理的进行复垦工程规划设计。 To explore the similarities and differences patterns of project planning in different types of homestead land on rural construction land reclamation,questionnaire method was used.300 portion rural idled subsistence homestead lands were surveyed in three districts and counties of Chongqing city.According to the slope of land reclamation in position size,farmers land reclamation were divided into(0°-5°) flat type and(6°-25°) gradient types.The results showed that the same housing structure types on different areas and the different types on the same areas had the P1large differences in rural construction land reclamation of Chongqing city.And the different areas proportion of subsistence homestead land were similar,which the flat types of around 94% and gradient types of around 6%.Totally,there were also existed difference on the patterns of project planning that gradient types were more complex than flat types.The slope topography of Land reclamation was the very important factors on influencing the differences of project planning patterns.To solve the current problems that cover soil thickness,rock retaining sills,paths and irrigation canals and ditches designed unreasonable,planning principle and basic information of reclamation plot should be combined,and engineering planning and design should be scientifically reasonable.
