摘要
目的:观察中西医结合配合穴位注射治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:将69例输尿管结石体外震波碎石后患者随机分为两组,治疗组(32例),用自拟尿路排石汤配合穴位注射维生素K3,配合西药治疗;对照组(37例),用西药常规治疗。两组疗程均不超过2周,治疗前后复查B超。结果:总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为86.4%,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后2周内结石完全排出,治疗组25例,有效率78.1%,对照组9例,有效率24.3%,两组结石完全排出的有效率比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西药结合配合穴位注射能提高结石排出率并缩短结石排出时间。
Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated traditional and western medicine combined with i ad acum to ureteral stones￡(r)Methods After shock wave lithotripsy of ureteral stones, 69 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group (32 cases) were treated with urinary tract Paishi soup combined with i ad acum vitamin K3, The control (37 cases) received general therapy. The course of the two groups was not more than 2 week, and rechecked with B ultrasonic. Results Both groups could recharged calculus (P<0.01), and compared the treatment with the control￡?there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional and western medicine combined with i ad acum can improve lithecbole rate,and shorten lithecbole time.
