摘要
徐深气田水平气井采用了裸眼分段压裂完井工艺,目前出现支撑剂严重回流问题,给试气和生产带来极大安全隐患。针对水平井裸眼压裂完井支撑剂回流问题,借鉴国内其他气田压裂支撑剂回流研究方法,结合气田支撑剂回流井和未回流井压裂、试气施工参数与特征,通过支撑剂力学分析、压裂施工异常情况分析和完井工艺特性分析,找出了支撑剂回流的3个主要原因:井口产量偏大、压裂施工异常和裸眼完井工艺局限。研究成果对于指导下步水平气井压裂设计和施工有着重要意义,为研究防止支撑剂回流技术提供了依据。
