摘要
针对水平井水平段沉砂情况不明,长时间砂体沉积易堵塞井壁造成产量递减甚至导致砂卡、砂埋的现象,开展了水平井连续旋流冲砂技术研究与应用。对常规冲砂工艺进行分析,研制了旋流水力冲砂器、特种接头及井口密封系统,解决了水平井维护作业时冲砂卡管柱风险高的难题。室内实验及现场试验结果表明,水平井连续旋流冲砂技术实现了水平井接单根不停泵连续冲砂功能,试验井平均冲砂返排率达到88.7%。水平井连续旋流冲砂技术能够满足现场需求,可靠性较高。
In view of the unknown situation of the sand sinking in horizontal section of horizontal wells,which is prone to block the borehole walls in long period and causes production decline and even sand sticking and sand burying,the research and application of continuous cyclone sand washing technology in horizontal wells have been carried out.The cyclone hydraulic sand washer,special joint and wellhead sealing system have been developed by analyzing conventional sand washing technology,which solves the problem of high risk of sand washing operation to prevent the pipe string stuck happened during the maintenance operation in horizontal wells.Laboratory and field tests showed that the continuous cyclone sand washing technology in horizontal wells could realize the continuous sand washing function by connecting the single joint without stopping the pump,with the average returning flow rate up to 88.7%when washing sand at test wells.The new technology can meet the field requirement with higher reliability.
