摘要
研究了闭孔泡沫合金的超声衰减性能,结果表明它在1MHz~10MHz范围内是一种具有良好超声衰减性能的轻质材料。闭孔泡沫合金的超声衰减系数α随孔径d的减小、孔隙率Ps增加和比表面积Sv的增加而增大,并分析了超声衰减机制。
Ultrasonic attenuation properties of celluar Al alloy foam was studied between 1MHz and 10MHz.. The results show that the ultrasonic attenuation properties are determined by the pore structures of Al alloy. The a in cellular Al alloy increases with decreasing pore diameter d, increasing porosity Ps and increasing specific surface area Sv. That is light material with good damping properties between 1 MHz and 10 MHz and the mechanism is that ultrasonic wave is attenuated in the Al all foam with a lot of inter in the elastic stage.
