热敏灸联合等速向心肌力训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎 被引量:9

Effect of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Constant Velocity Myocardial Training on Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的分析热敏灸联合等速向心肌力训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法选择近2年我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者185例,根据入院顺序随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组93例,给予等速向心肌力训练治疗,观察组92例联合热敏灸方案治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);2组患者治疗后的疼痛评分均显著低于治疗前,膝关节功能评分显著高于治疗前,且观察组更优(P <0.05);2组患者治疗后的血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组更低(P <0.05)。结论热敏灸联合等速向心肌力训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果显著,可有效改善患者的疼痛程度及膝关节功能,并调节其炎症因子水平。 Objective To analyze the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with constant velocity myocardial training on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 185 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital in the past two years were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.In the control group,93 patients were given constant velocity myocardial training,and 92 patients in the observation group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the knee function score was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was better(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with constant velocity myocardial training for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is effective,which can improve the patient’s pain level and knee function,and regulate the level of inflammatory factors.
