摘要
目的 观察改进的手术方法对提高青光眼白内障联合手术成功率的意义。方法 设计一种经角巩膜隧道切口完成小梁切除联合小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的方法 ,治疗 2 8例 34眼白内障合并青光眼患者 ,术后观察视力、眼压、滤过泡及并发症情况 ,并与同期施行的常规三联术进行对比分析。结果 术后随访 3～ 30月 (平均 1 0 6月 ) ,视力较术前明显提高 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,与对照组相比 ,眼压控制率和功能性滤过泡形成率增高 (P <0 0 5) ,并发症发生率降低 (P <0 0 5)。结论 改进的手术是一种损伤小 。
Objective To evaluate the success rate of the combined surgery of glaucoma and cataract by the improved operative method.Methods The trabeculectomy and nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction with scleral tunnel small incision was performed on 28 cases (34 eyes),the postoperative visual acuity、IOP、filtering bleb and complications were investigated and the results were compared with that of traditional triple procedure.Results The mean period of postoperative follow-up was 10.6 months(range 3～30 months),Visual acuity improved quickly.The control rate of IOP and functional filtering bleb were higher and the complications was lower than that of traditional method( P <0 05).Conclusion The procedure is effective,less trauma and safe for treating patients of cataract with glaucoma.
