摘要
借助电子探针微区分析仪、维氏显微硬度计、光学和电子显微镜对TiAl合金与Al2 O3 ,ZrO2 以及经CaO稳定的ZrO2 3种陶瓷型壳的界面反应进行了研究分析。结果表明 ,这 3种材料的化学稳定性依次升高 ,而经CaO稳定的ZrO2 型壳与TiAl反应层的厚度仅为 5 0 μm 。
Interface reactions of TiAl alloy with three varieties of ceramic shell molds, including Al 2O 3, ZrO 2,ZrO 2 stabilized with CaO , were examined by EPMA, Vicker microhardness meter, optical microscope and SEM. The results showed that the chemical stability of these materials increased in the above sequence. The thickness of interface reactive layer between ZrO 2 stabilized with CaO and TiAl was merely 50 μm, so it can be applied to face coating materials in investment casting for TiAl alloy.
