摘要
虚拟企业是近年来全球管理变革中出现的新型企业组织形式。它的精髓是企业将有限的资源集中在高附加值的功能上 ,而将附加值低的功能“虚拟化”,提高其竞争力。它表现出从“有形”扩展为“无形”,实现核心功能与部门的分离等特点。它具有一种敏捷企业高度的柔性和快速反应能力等优势。
Virtual Organization' is a new form of union of enterprises that emerged in the world wide reformation of management in recent years. Its quintessence lies in the fact that enterprises concentrate their respective limited resources on their functions that have high additional value, and let their low additional value functions go virtual in order to raise their competitive ability. Such a move exhibits the characteristic of expansion from 'tangibility' to 'intangibility', and separation of core function from the departments of member enterprises. The organization has the advantages of agile management, high flexibility, and rapid reaction.
