摘要
时代的发展 ,高校图书馆服务形式的变化 ,要求馆员必须接受继续教育 ,才有适应工作的需要。目前图书馆员的继续教育存在一些不足 ,应采取相应的对策 ,通过各种途径 。
The development of the times and the change of the service form of the college library request that librarians must take further education to meet the needs of their work.This paper analyzes the current situation of the further education,and proposes the ways and goal of the further education implementation.
