摘要
研究了大球盖菇的形态特征及其菌丝生长的适宜条件 .结果表明 ,菌丝生长的适宜条件为 :C源为蔗糖 ,N源为酵母浸膏 ,生长温度为 2 5℃左右 ,培养基料、水质量比为 1∶ 2 .0 ,p H值为 5 .5 -6.5 .
The morphological features of Stropharia rugoso annulata and the suitable conditions for its mycelial growth were studied. The results were as follows: optimum C source was surcrose; optimum N source was yeast extract; the optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 25 ℃; the suitable pH was 5.5 to 6.5; the optimum ratio of substrate to water was 1∶2.0.
