摘要
采取网络调查方法,研究公共图书馆的特色服务能力,对象为31个省级公共图书馆的特色服务栏目。研究结果表明:公共图书馆需要从提高重视程度、树立一线服务品牌、完善规章制度等方面提升我国公共图书馆的特色服务的力度。
Network investigation method was used to study characteristic service disclosure services ability,31 provincial libraries of characteristic service open services parts were investigated in this study.The investigated results were as following:public libraries strengthened the degree of attention,Establish a first-line brands,improve the rules and regulations,such as to enhance the intensity of the characteristics of Chinese public library services.
