摘要
本文研究了巯基丙酸和巯基丙酸-2-乙基已基酯的制备,探讨了制备反应的各影响因素;测定了化合物的有关物化常数;对巯基丙酸及其酯的红外谱图进行了讨论分析;报道了巯基丙酸-2-乙基已基酯的红外光谱、比重和折光率。巯基丙酸的熔点为17℃,折光率1.4922;巯基丙酸-2-乙基已基酯比重0.9912,其折光率1.4635。
β-mercaptopropanoic acid was prepared by addition of acrylonitrile to sodium
sulfhydrate and acrylic acid to sodium thiosulfate respectively. It reacted with
2-ethylhexlanol to give 2-ethylhexyl β-mercaptopropionate. The reactions of
preparing β-mercaptopropanoic acid and its ester were investigated in different
conditions. Some physical constants of the compounds were reported and IR
spectrum of 2-ethylhexyl β-mercaptopropionate was discussed in comparison with
β-mercaptopropanoic acid.
