摘要 目的 探讨高血压病患者血液中循环活化血小板(CAP)的变化及其临床意义。方法 以纤维蛋白原受体(FIB-R)、P-选择素(CD62P)作为分子标志物,FCM三色免疫荧光分析CAP。结果 正常人静止血小板膜表面FIB-R和CD62P表达较低。109例高血压病患者血液中表达FIB-R的CAP数量与正常人比较差异有显著意义(P<0.001),但表达CD62P的CAP数量增高不明显(P>0.05)。阿斯匹林治疗后高血压病患者CAP的FIB-R表达呈下降趋势(P<0.001)。结论 高血压患者血液中FIB-R明显增高,阿斯匹林可以显著降低高血压病患者CAP的FIB-R表达水平。 Objective To study the clinical significance of circularly activate platelets (CAP) and the effect of aspirin on CAP in hypertension. Methods Using FCM three colors immunological fluorescence analytics, we measured the FIB-R and CD62P, the molecular markers of CAP in 109 hypertensions before and after therapy of aspirin and 31 healthy people. Results The expression of FIB-R and CD62P in the surface of the quiet blood platelets membrane in healthy people is low. The quantity of FIB-R expression in 109 hypertensions is significantly higher than that in healthy people (P<0. 001), but not for the CD62P expression (P>0. 05). The quantity of FIB-R expression in hypertensions is significantly lower after aspirin treatment (P<0. 001). Conclusions The quantity of the FIB-R in the blood in hypertension is obviously increased, and aspirin can significantly dicrease the level of FIB-R in blood in hypertension.
