摘要
本文用红外光谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和DSC,研究了等规聚丙烯原料粉在不同情况下氧化后,熔融结晶所得同时含有α型和β型球晶的试样的结晶形态与热熔行为的变化。发现虽然氧化方法不同,但氧化机理相同;氧化程度对β晶相对含量,α及β型球晶形态和结晶度、热熔特性等均有影响。并发现了一种β型晶的网状联系晶层新形态。
The oxidized raw polypropylene powder samples with different oxidation de-gree, which were obtained by different oxidation conditions, crystallized frommelt. Their crystalline morphologies and melting behavior were investigated bymeans of X-ray diffraction, SEM, and DSC. It was found that the oxidationmechanism of different treating methods is the same, but the K β, the morphologiesof a and β spherulites and the crystallinity are affected by the degree of oxida-tion. The results from DSC indicated that the melting curves of oxidized sampleshave changed as well. In addition a new morphology of β-form crystal havingnetwork linking structure was found.
