摘要
用体外造血祖细胞培养技术证明Ⅱ型登革病毒对红系造血祖细胞(CFUE)也有生长抑制作用,CFU-E的抑制效应与病毒的浓度呈正相关。说明登革热病人虽然无贫血表现,但骨髓红系造血已受到病毒的影响。
Dengue-2 virus (D2V) can inhibit CFU-E colony growth by in vitro hematopoietic progenitor cell culture technique, CFU-E colony growth inhibition was in linear relationship with the concentration of the virus. This suggested that D2V can effect bone marrow erythroid hematopoiesis although Dengue fever is usually not accompanied with anemia.
