尿素日粮添加脲酶抑制剂对兔生长及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验采用 2 0只青年期 (2月龄、体重约 1 3kg)发育良好、健康无病、未经尿素适应的新西兰雄兔 ,随机分为 4组 :Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮 ;Ⅱ组饲喂低蛋白 +3%尿素日粮 ;Ⅲ和Ⅳ组为在Ⅱ组日粮基础上加脲酶抑制剂(AHA) ,添加量分别为 10mg/kg和 2 0mg/kg ,试验期 30d。结果表明各组间兔日增重没有显著差异 ;添加脲酶抑制剂对血液中氨氮影响不明显 ,各组间差异均不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;但尿素氮Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组高于Ⅰ组 ,差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ;添加脲酶抑制剂对GPT有显著影响 ,Ⅳ组值最小 ,与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组差异极显著 (P <0 0 1) ;添加脲酶抑制剂对GOT的影响不明显。可见低蛋白日粮添加尿素不影响兔的生长 。 In this thirty-day experiment,20 young and healthy New Zealand rabbits(2 months of age and about 1.3 kg in body weight) were divided randomly into four groups.Basal diet was fed to the rabbits in group Ⅰ,and low protein(10.12% CP) diet supplemented with 3% urea diet was fed to the rabbits in group Ⅱ.Besides the same dietary ingredient as group Ⅱ,groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were also fed with 10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg urease inhibitor(AHA),respectively.Results were showed as follows:No significant difference(P>0.05) in daily weight gain was determined statistically among all groups;ammonia nitrogen changed little after urease inhibitor was supplemented,and differentiated insignificantly among groups,but urea nitrogen of groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ(P<0.01);the urease inhibitor affected the activity of GPT noticeably,the value of GPT in group Ⅳ being the lowest,significantly different from group Ⅱ and Ⅲ;GOT level was not significantly affected by urease inhibitor addition.It was elucidated that lower protein diet with urea did not influence rabbit growth,and no striking effects of urease inhibitor supplementation on growth and nitrogen metabolism were observed in rabbits.
